Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return

  • Used or damaged products will not be accepted

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in case of:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective or damaged product

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order for exchange requests.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer / original payment method

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
